Assessment of Clinical Judgement
Treatment planning forms the basic infrastructure to the clinical regimen of dental practice. The examination is highlighted with clinical scenarios that are constructed with case presentations and clinical radiographs that test the candidate of the ability to evaluate, diagnose and treatment plan for individual patients. A blend of fundamental knowledge, visual photographs of clinical oral conditions and the competence of judicious selection of the appropriate answers holds the key to a successful examination for the clinical judgement.
The Academy of International Dental Education has developed a curriculum based on the template given by the board examiners for precise and satisfactory preparation towards the clinical judgement examination. The examination is held twice every academic year (June and December) and specific training based out of the recommended textbooks and academic handouts are scheduled. An 8 class training module is designed for candidates to apply ample proficiency towards the learning of the course curriculum.
